How long does it take for Bulk Apothecary to ship my order?

We know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers, our goal is to ship 90% of in-stock items on the same day that you order them, as long as you place your order before 10am (Pacific Time). Orders received after 10am  (Pacific Time) will ship the next business day. Also, please note that any expediated shipping options chosen after 2:00PM  (Pacific Time) will ship out the next business day. Whenever an extended delay is expected in shipping your package, our Customer Service team will notify you via email.  Please be aware that all expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery. If you need Saturday delivery please choose customer pickup at checkout as your preferred shipping method with a notation requesting Saturday delivery and we will contact you with a shipping quote. 

Note: While we work seven (7) days a week to achieve our goal, during peak holiday times, delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.

Shipping Rates:

At Jazmin Gerani Skincare all of our shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. In many cases, there is a large amount of packaging material that is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer and our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates. 

When will I get my shipment?

We are located in California.  Depending on your location, your order will typically arrive 3-5 business days after it is processed for most U.S residents. To keep you posted, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our Lab that will include a tracking number for your order. We do offer 2nd day and overnight options as well for an additional cost.  We have also included a UPS Shipping map below so that you can estimate time in transit for any ground shipments. Please note that all Alaska and Hawaii orders are not able to be expedited and will take between 4-6 business days to deliver from our warehouse once the package is shipped out.

We want you to be happy with every purchase that you make from our site. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may simply return the product to us within 60 days of purchase for a refund - less any discount applied and/or shipping & handling. Please note: we do not pay for return shipping.   For  equipments or tools a 20% handling fee may be deducted if items are opened or used.  To initiate a return, email [email protected] or call us toll-free 1-888-377-0668 for your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).  Shipping costs are only eligible for refund if the return items were shipped incorrectly or damaged.

Returns are processed daily. You will be notified via email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to reflect on your account.
